Our special dishes
An extraordinary cook waits for you here.
Mrs Bruna will cook
typical Fluminese dishes, seasoned with a sprinkle of her fantasy.
We only use ingredients that come from biological agriculture (actually,
they come from just outside our door!!!), and propose a diversified
menu, that respects both our traditions and the needs of our guests.
Fruit and vegetables in season wait for you here, besides typical
jams and sweets, various types of fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi,
long pasta; our cook will teach you how to prepare them! Moreover,
you will find here our great roast meat, (prepared by
Ivo), and our cheeses.
Last but not least, you will taste our wine fragrances and the whole
range of our spirits. |
